Villa Santina, a beautiful renovated stone house located in the heart of Višnjan with incredible panoramic sea views. This stunning house, built in the late 19th century, has been completely renovated, offering a blend of traditional Istrian architecture and modern materials.
Villa Santina features a courtyard space behind the house, shaded by an old mulberry tree, providing refuge even on the hottest days. The front courtyard offers a beautiful pool with sea views, comfortable sun loungers, a covered summer kitchen with a fireplace, and seating area.
The house accommodates 6-7 people across 140 m². On the ground floor, there is a spacious kitchen with a dining area, a cozy living room with a fireplace and additional seating that can serve as a bed for one child, and a separate toilet. The first floor houses one double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, while the second floor features two additional bedrooms and another bathroom.
